There are several reasons analytics data may not appear in your dashboard.
You recently connected the account
Metrics for posts published through solnk can take time to appear after the platform accepts the post. Automatic snapshots run daily. Historical post import is a separate account feature and is not automatically available for every platform.
Your account type doesn't support analytics
Some platforms only provide analytics for certain account types:
- Instagram — Requires a Business or Creator account (personal accounts don't expose analytics via API)
- Facebook — Only Pages have analytics, not personal profiles
- TikTok — Available metrics depend on the account and authorization returned by TikTok
If you're using a personal account, switch to a business account on the platform and reconnect in solnk.
Insufficient permissions
During the OAuth authorization, you may not have granted all required permissions. Disconnect and reconnect the account, making sure to accept all permission requests during the authorization flow.
The post is too new
Post-level analytics (likes, comments, shares) for a new post may take up to 24 hours to start appearing. Platforms don't always report metrics in real time.
Some analytics require a paid plan
Free includes basic post metrics and the account summary. The full Insights workspace—including overview trends, follower growth, best-time analysis, and platform breakdowns—requires Pro or Premium.
X analytics reads are not included on Free or the 7-day trial. Pro and Premium have separate X read allowances; an exhausted X analytics allowance does not prevent analytics from other platforms.
Looking specifically for view counts?
View counts have different rules for each platform. Pick your platform:
- Facebook — Page Insights availability
- Instagram — account type and content type matter
- Pinterest — new Pin impressions can be delayed
- LinkedIn and Bluesky — platforms without view counts
Or see the full overview of view counts by platform.
Still not seeing data?
Try these steps in order:
- If the account shows Need reconnect, use Reconnect on that account
- Open the post's analytics detail and request a refresh where available
- Wait up to 24 hours for a newly published post to receive its first complete platform metrics
- If data still doesn't appear, contact support with your account email, post link, and affected platform
