Drafts let you save work-in-progress posts without publishing or scheduling them. This is useful when you want to prepare content in advance, get feedback, or come back to finish writing later.
How to save a draft
- Open the post composer by clicking Create Post
- Write your content and attach any media
- Click the draft icon, or close the composer and choose Save draft when prompted
While you edit a new unsaved post, solnk also keeps a temporary recovery copy in that browser. The recovery copy is not a server-side draft until you choose Save draft.
Managing drafts
Find all your drafts on the Posts page by filtering for "Drafts" status. From there you can:
- Edit — Open a draft to continue editing
- Publish — Click "Post Now" to publish immediately, or "Schedule" to set a future date
- Delete — Remove drafts you no longer need
Important notes
- Drafts are kept for 30 days from the last edit. After 30 days of inactivity, they're automatically deleted.
- Drafts include all your content, media attachments, and selected accounts — everything is saved exactly as you left it.
- Drafts can count toward posting-related quota checks, so remove old drafts you no longer need if the app reports that you have reached a plan limit.
